See it work on a firm that does not exist.

One hour on Northgate Wells LLP, an invented firm run through the real software with the connectors that ship with it. No NDA, and none of your firm's data.

Five things, in this order.

  1. The mess, exactly as we generated it

    10 min

The same client under four spellings in four systems, including two that really are different companies in the same group. You will recognise it.

  2. Someone clearing the review queue

    15 min

Working through possible duplicates on real evidence. That includes the pair that should not be merged, and the group Datum stopped because it had grown too far. Bring a hard case from your own data if you have one in mind.

  3. The ethical wall, demonstrated rather than asserted

    15 min

Two users who differ by exactly one thing. Bring the way you would try to work out what is behind the wall: a count, a group total, an export. We will try it live.

  4. Where it plugs into what you already run

    15 min

The connector, the rehearsal run, the six ways another system reads the result, and how an AI agent asks. Tell us your practice management system in the form and we will have the right one open.

  5. What we are not claiming

    5 min

The limits, the parts still to come, and the figures that are ours rather than yours. Better said now than found in week three.

Northgate Wells LLP does not exist, and that is the point.

An invented firm, built for the purpose and run through the real software. Not a slide deck, and not a cleaned-up extract from somebody else's firm.

Tests behind what we show you

Everything the demonstration claims has a test behind it, run before you see it. If something does not do what we said, that is a failing test rather than an awkward conversation.

No NDA, and no data

Nothing about your firm's data is involved. There is nothing to send us, nothing to sign, and nothing to arrange with your IT team beforehand.

One hour, one session

Not a discovery call, then a demonstration, then a technical session. Leadership, risk and the technology team can all be in the same hour.

Request a demonstration

We reply within [RESPONSE TIME] with two or three times to choose from.

Enter your name, so we know who to reply to.

Enter a work email address in the form name@firm.com. It is where the times will be sent.

Enter your firm's name.

Choose the role closest to yours, so the hour is aimed at the right problem.

Practice management system

This form is not yet connected to our inbox. It checks what you type but sends nothing.

We use these details to arrange the session and nothing else, and we never ask for your firm's data to run one. How we handle your information.

Not ready for a call?

The technical brief covers the data model, the ethical wall, how other systems read it and how the matching is measured. It needs no conversation.

Datum is not a conflicts system and issues no clearance decisions. It gives your conflicts system better data to work from, and never decides whether a matter can be taken. If conflicts clearance is what you are looking for, we are not it. We would rather say so before the hour than during it.
